Works on the new Marsascala Distribution Centre is proceeding according to schedule

The expansion of the Marsascala Distribution Centre has reached a critical stage.
The switchgear and equipment were transported from Enemalta’s warehouses in Marsa to the new extension of the Distribution Centre.
In the coming weeks the contractor, under the supervision of Enemalta engineers and technicians, will install this equipment so that it can be tested and commissioned.
The expansion of the Marsascala Distribution Centre will cater for the increasing electricity demand and will also strengthen the distribution infrastructure of the locaility and nearby areas.
