Enemalta presents energy audit to 'Dar tal-Providenza'.

In its efforts to continue towards a more socially responsible future, Enemalta has recently conducted an Energy Audit at the Dar tal-Providenza. The audit was carried out by the Corporation’s engineers to identify energy saving opportunities. Once implemented these recommendations will translate into considerable savings for the institution and will also decrease their carbon footprint. Some of the recommendations included; washing linen below 40 degrees, less use of tumble drier, switching off standby equipment and replacing showerheads with low-flow shower heads.
The report was presented to a representative of Dar tal-Providenza by Enemalta’s Chairman Alex J. Tranter. This initiative is part of Enemalta’s Corporate Social Responsibility Agenda which will be launched later on this year.
