Our new Customer Charter outlines the terms and conditions of our services. This includes our commitments and responsibilities to you, our customer, and your corresponding obligations.

It also includes details about the support that we can provide, should you encounter difficulties when using our services.
You are invited to send us your submissions about this Charter, by email, on customercharter.em@enemalta.com.mt, by Monday 9th October 2017.
